The Team :

Platform Operations plays a crucial role when it comes to launching new websites for Black&White brands and other new initiatives by which we offer e-

commerce services to other companies. Our responsibility is to understand the needs of the client and design the best solution when it comes to Payments, Fraud, Shipping&Delivery, Customer Service.

After the solution is live, we are in charge of the client support when it comes to Operations.

The Role :

As Solutions Specialist you will ensure that tech has clear requirements for each of the new operational projects and you will maintain a clear roadmap with the deliverables for the business regarding Shipping, Payments, Order Fulfilment and Customer Service.

Provide proper on boarding with new brands and boutiques while ensuring a correct alignment and expectations with the client.

This role may require frequent interaction with international customers remotely and minimum travel.

What you’ll do :

  • Have the possibility of client facing interaction with international customers for the on boarding phase : display capabilities and propose operational solutions
  • Desig the actual solution for new projects and make sure that the tech team has all of the requirements in order to estimate the effort, prioritize and implement
  • Follow up and keep track of the developments of tech roadmap projects
  • Follow up on daily pending issues as well as being the owner of all operational related bugs
  • Do Benchmarking in order to bring best practices and anticipate where the market is going in terms of Shipping, Payments and Customer Service.
  • Who you are :

  • A person with a degree ideally in Economics, Management or Engineering
  • A person with 2 to 4 years of experience with potential for short term growth
  • A person with a high critical mind-set
  • Very organized
  • Very insistent and not satisfied with a first answer
  • Highly capable to slice complex problems and address each of them in a comprehensive matter
  • A strong communicator and with interpersonal skills with a flexible approach able to adapt communication style to different stakeholders;
  • Knowledgeable of Excel and PowerPoint;
  • Fluent both, written and verbally, in English (mandatory);
