You will be the Customer Support for a major online travel company acting as first point of contact for customers via telephone and email.
You will help travelers to research, plan and book their desired destinations. Customers could be travelling for leisure or business.
As a Sales Adviser it will be your task to advise customers on hotels, flights, events, cars or cruises. After that you will tailor the package according to the customers needs.
Your profile :
Fluent in German and fluent English language skills (both written and verbal) Ability to solve problems Strong coordination and organisational skills to effectively interact with customers.
Be able to demonstrate expertise with a computer, internet, internet applications and Microsoft Windows and basic programmes as a user
