As a Business Analyst, you will cooperate with operational managers to identify trends, provide business insights and use advance analytics to transform measurements into actual improvement ideas.
Working as part of a global team, you will be responsible to develop solutions to answer new business demands in the area of performance management, aiming for global harmonization, standardization and efficiency measurement.
In your new role, you will :
Be actively involved in the definition and modeling of indicators for several functional areas, translating business strategy into measurable values and monitoring how they are executed across the organization.
Manage company’s dashboard in the Business Intelligence system.
Analyze and report variances, assisting the management and delivering business insights about the key activities.
Manage the company participation in internal and external Benchmarks studies.
Support preparation , analyses and reporting of internal customer surveys.
Although you are an analytical person focused on the results, you have excellent communication skills that allow you to connect with others in an open, clear and coherent way.
Naturally, you are capable of establishing a successful cooperation with all levels and functions of the organization. You also have demonstrated abilities to manage efforts in identifying and addressing customer needs.
You are best equipped for this task if you have :
A Bachelors’ degree in Economics , Finance or equivalent degree.
At least 3 years’ experience in performance reporting and a strong background in data analysis or project management, preferable in an international and multi-cultural environment.
Extensive technical skills in MS Office (mainly Excel and Power Point), SAP would be a plus.
Fluent in English language (mandatory).
Ability to leverage business intelligence tools and technology that support the reporting, automation and monitoring of performance metrics.
