About the role :

We are currently looking for an Application Support Analyst to be part of our team in Paço de Arcos.

Responsibilities :

  • First and second Level support of information systems across AMPLEXOR group entities, by telephone or email, with special focus in proprietary Documentum - based tools
  • Qualification, documentation and resolution of functional support requests / incidents
  • Coordination of requests, incl. routing and monitoring of Level 3 requests
  • Adaptation of configuration items according to the users’ needs
  • Specification and analysis of application changes according to user requirements
  • Coordination and execution of test scenarios for new releases, incl. set-up of test plans
  • Writing and updating of documentation (user, administration and training manuals)
  • Coordination, set-up and execution of training
  • Profile :

  • Degree in Information Systems or similar
  • At least a first experience as support technician or application manager
  • Good functional skills
  • Ability to evaluate, plan, prioritize and organize the workload in relation to the incidents impact
  • Provable knowledge of SQL and / or DQL (preferably)
  • Technical Knowledge in programming fundamentals
  • Base knowledge in AD and integration mechanisms
  • Experience in using an issue tracking & reporting system
  • Strong attention to detail and customer service orientation
  • Excellent troubleshooting skills
  • Knowledge of Office 365 or Atlassian tools would be a plus
  • Strong on documentation and organisation
  • Ability to communicate at all levels
  • Proven ability to work in a self-directed manner and collaboratively with others
  • Fluent English mandatory . Any other European language is a plus
  • Fast learner and able to handle complex dependencies
