About the role :
You will join our progressive and innovative Production Planning team.Reporting to Planning Manager will ensure that staffing levels meet the business and all area’s needs, working closely with all team’s coordinators to manage contact channels, schedule adherence and resource planning.
What you’ll do :
Responsible for control of real-time presences and absences
Work with Coordinators and Managers to create and validate working schedules that will ensure planned resources needs (vacations, long term absents, trainings, etc.)
Identify resource schedule gaps and offer solutions to solve them
Work closely with people team to guarantee that new hires and dismissals will happen in the planned time
Monitor and analyse resource plan adherence and budget compliance
Work with the Coordinators and Managers to make continuous improvements to the resource plan adherence
Produce management information reports
Update and maintain information in the workforce management tool (MONET)
Who you are :
Experience with scheduling software is a plus
Strong Microsoft Excel skills
Excellent communication skills
Ability to manage large volume of information
Analytical and problem solving skills
