France International Mobility Team is part of the BNP Paribas Group Human Resources within the Compensation and Benefits department.
Our mission is to manage international transfers from and to France (expats and local to local transfers).
This requires strong collaboration across existing stakeholders in BNP PARIBAS Group Human Resources (Global Assignments Steering Center, Payroll department in Paris and Group International Mobility in Paris) as well as close partnership with HR Business Partners and HR in countries.
Responsible for an expatriate portfolio
Calculation of compensation packages for expats
Accountable for the accuracy of the information regarding own portfolio in the different systems
Issues and ensures compliance of the documentation (assignment letter, extension letter)
Supports HR Business Partners by answering various questions about the assignment contract, logistics, benefits and policy
Follows up and anticipates the key steps of the assignment to be managed with HR Business Partners : contract renewal, phase-
out of benefits, repatriation
Ensure internal delivery is in line with SLAs and KPIs
Have the sensibility to identify possible liabilities from a tax and social security perspective in what concerns each country on own portfolio
Bear in mind each country (of own portfolio) particularities in the preparation of each package (in terms of tax, social security, pension plan, private company insurances)
Minimum 1-3 years professional experience
A first experience in an International Mobility environment or in Human Resources is a plus
Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.) package advanced level
Fluency in English(mandatory requirement)- good working knowledge in French is a plus
Basic technical knowledge of tax and social security within international transfers (is a plus)
Strong sense of costumer-focus
Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills with a great sense of confidentiality
Very good written and oral communications skills including the ability to effectively respond to expats with tact and diplomacy
