The Change Management team goal is to :
Support decision making and ensure quality & consistency in all information reported at Change Management
Steer project activity and take action to develop the Change Management offer & positioning
Foster the sense of belonging to Change Management and strengthen its common culture
This position of Analyst is part of the newly created Change Management Office team in Lisbon, designed to support the activities of all Change Management Portugal teams and the Paris CIBC&T EMEA COO Office.
This role will have a specific focus on :
Leadership support, assisting Change Management managers and team leaders in planning and monitoring their activities (e.
g. budget; invoicing) and requiring a transversal view on all Change Management teams
Project activity, focusing on time tracking and KPIs reporting and project billing
Team dynamics, centred on tracking and reporting on training completion at both perimeter and team levels
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The key responsibilities will be split into :
Support budget exercise at both perimeter and team levels
Follow and analyse cost evolution
Monitor and report on accruals and invoicing process
Support workforce planning (e.g. ramp-up / down, HR, IT, Facilities) at both perimeter and team levels
Ensure headcount reconciliation in different contexts (e.g. HR, Finance, Facilities) at both perimeter and team levels
Maintain and monitor the application of the audit trail
Consolidate and report on time tracking at both project and team levels
Prepare and report on project billing
Track and report on trainings completion at both perimeter and team levels
Assist the Change Management Office and the CIBC&T EMEA COO Office as needed, in all their responsibilities
These responsibilities may be adapted according to the person profile and background.
Master’s degree or equivalent from top tier Business or Engineering university, preferential
Analytical, extremely rigorous and organized with strong interpersonal skills (communication, autonomy, proactivity and motivation)
Fluency in English (mandatory); French is a plus
Excel proficiency and at ease with PowerPoint
Availability to travel to Paris
