Key Responsibilities :
Control and review of documentation issued or to be issued - policies, declarations, receipts, etc.
Translation and adaptation of documentation - product sheets, questionnaires, policies, declarations, presentations.
Support to workflow management at the issuance of documentation - policies, declarations, questionnaires, corrections, regularizations.
Shared Service Centre - UW - Market / Market - UW Shared Service Centre
Administrative support and assistance with brokers / clients and interconnection with the various Chubb departments.
Helping in preparing proposals.
Support in collecting information about clients / risks under analysis.
Renewal control support.
Support in scheduling and planning visits.
Management of the internal mail.
Knowledge & Experience
Qualifications & experience :
University degree in business administration, economics or similar
Microsoft office experience.
Proactive, learning capability, self-motivated person and team worker.
Required language : Spanish
Spoken : Good / fluent
