    Key Responsibilities :

  • Control and review of documentation issued or to be issued - policies, declarations, receipts, etc.
  • Translation and adaptation of documentation - product sheets, questionnaires, policies, declarations, presentations.
  • Support to workflow management at the issuance of documentation - policies, declarations, questionnaires, corrections, regularizations.
  • Shared Service Centre - UW - Market / Market - UW Shared Service Centre
  • Administrative support and assistance with brokers / clients and interconnection with the various Chubb departments.
  • Helping in preparing proposals.
  • Support in collecting information about clients / risks under analysis.
  • Renewal control support.
  • Support in scheduling and planning visits.
  • Management of the internal mail.
  • Knowledge & Experience

    Qualifications & experience :

  • University degree in business administration, economics or similar
  • Microsoft office experience.
  • Proactive, learning capability, self-motivated person and team worker.
  • Native Portuguese

    Required language : Spanish

    Spoken : Good / fluent

    English level : Written : Good
