Descrição / Funções : Create customer engagement, enable the successful usage products, and manage operational elements related to the solution;
Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times;Responding promptly to customer inquiries;
Communicating with customers through various channels;Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints;Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests;
Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints;Communicating and coordinating with colleagues of Planning, Innovation, Quality and other companys areas;
Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process;Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
Requisitos : High school diploma, general education degree, or equivalent;Ability to stay calm when customers are stressed or upset;
Experience in packaging;Office and SAP Tools;Fluent in English and Spanish;German and French knowledge (preferred);3 years of Experience working in customer support.
Oferece-se : Contract directly with the client.
