The Operations Manager (ACM) is a floor manager, taking immediate management decisions on the operational floor to drive the KPIs.
You will coordinate a team of Team Leaders, being responsible for their motivation, training and development, helping them coaching their Sales Representatives.
You will report to the Account Manager / CCM and interact with the corporate client to report the team?s results.
Manage a team of Supervisors (Team Leaders), work on their development and provide them with training and support;
Analyze and report main results and KPIs to the CCM and to the client;
Identify potential risks and opportunities of improvement;
Ensure the correct implementation of the standard processes and procedures.
German native / near native speakers, with fluency in English;
Solid experience managing teams, including Team Leaders;
Strong experience of people management, development and coaching;
Experience in outbound sales projects;
Achievement and customer oriented;
Management and leadership skills;
Problem solver, analytical and dynamic;
Strong team spirit and communication skills;
