Market reference company is going to reinforce its team with a Finance & HR Technician.
Principais responsabilidades
Sendind payroll information to the external accounting company and confirming payroll is correct;
Preparing job offers and working contracts;
Calculate employees' sales commissions;
Preparing job offers and working contracts;
Submitting IEFP internships applications;
Compilation of training needs and negotiating training sessions with external suppliers;
Controlling vacations, health and safety requirements;
Invoicing to clients and account analysis;
Statistical reports to public entities :
Maintaining an organized and comfortable office environment, ordering office supplies.
Perfil desejado
High school level or Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration or HR;
A minimum of 1 year's experience working with a similar role;
Curious mind with eagerness to learn and contribute with own ideas;
Good team player with solid communication skills;
Fluent in English;
Accounting knowledge is a plus;
Sense of responsibility, with attention to detail and focus.
