Global Business Services (GBS) designs, builds and operates consistent end-to-end business solutions for adidas, delivering services in the areas of finance, controlling, non-trade procurement, and human resources.
This drives operating efficiency, better customer experience, company agility and decision making, and ensures the compliance and control environment.

Performance Management includes definition of GBS Global Dashboard and KPIs, balance scorecard and framework of how data should be used to drive process improvements.
The Manager Delivery Excellence will make sure that data is available and distributed to relevant stakeholders, timely and accurately, there is a regular process in place to review process performance and productivity metrics, and right corrective actions are taken.
Key Responsibilities :
Support creation of the monthly GBS performance report on the consolidated service of all GBS Centers and processes globally (primary audience : GBS leader and his direct reports);
Support designing automated reporting and dashboards to track business performance metrics, including but not limited to GBS Dashboard project in Fiori;
Ad-hoc reporting for GBS management;
Supports facilitating monthly performance reviews to discuss process performance, identify issues and improvement actions (PDCA);
Help tracking additional demand for new reports and functionalities;
Support reporting with information creation;
Help providing business and technical expertise for the analytics process, tools, and applications for GBS. Seek opportunities for advanced analytics, continually strive to extract value from and analytics in business processes and leverage analytics as a motivation for increasing data quality.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities :
Good data acumen, being able to model and analyze complex data sets;
Good collaboration skills, able to work effectively in a matrix organization;
Great communication skill, stakeholders management;
Good inter-personal skills;
Advanced skills on Microsoft Office is crucial, experience with SharePoint is desirable;
Experience with self-service BI tools like Power BI, Tableau or MicroStrategy is a plus;
Highly organized professional and adherence to deadlines;
Experience with technology and ability to communicate between business and technology teams;
Ability to work and deliver in changing environments;
Knowledge of the performance measurement function and practices;
Excellent English language proficiency, Spanish is a plus.
Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications :
2+ years of experience in GBS organization, experience in any of the Excellence functions (automation, continuous improvement, reporting) is preferrable;
Experience working with Lean methodology, applying PDCA methodology is a plus;
The successful candidate will have experience in business level reporting, data mining and analysis as well as data visualization;
Demonstrate comfort and ability in presenting data insights;
Build, maintain and grow relationships across stakeholders;
Experience working in Performance Management team is a plus;
University degree on IT related areas, economy or business management, or equivalent experience.
