We are looking for a talented and accomplished Human Resources Generalist to join our team.
As a HR Generalist , your daily responsibilities will include :
Support the HR Manager in providing a high quality and proactive service to both internal and external customers
Meet both corporate and statutory requirements, encompassing all aspects of resourcing, employee relations, employee development and reward, and adding value in support of the Company’s business objectives
Provide advice and guidance to the site leadership team on best practice in human resources management and compliance with employment legislation, and internal security and audit procedures
Work closely with the site team, in the development of a performance driven culture, which encourages individual ownership of results and associate development
Support the HR Manager in ensuring that the company remains fully compliant with changes to employment law and practices, and that these practices are implemented consistently
Support the HR Manager in implementing appropriate actions to raise associate satisfaction levels
Ensuring attendance and attrition is effectively managed and reviewed at site level, with remedial actions taken where necessary
To contribute fully to the business planning process and ensure Human Resources Strategy is aligned to business goals
Support the HR Manager in the effective management of Health and Safety issues at site
To succeed in the role, you will need to have :
Advanced level of English (at least C1) both verbal and written
Knowledge of Portuguese labor legislation
Passion about HR methods
Good understanding and experience with HR tools
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Self-organized, planning and prioritization skills
Assertive with a can-do attitude
Attention to detail
Ability to work under pressure and adapt quickly to adverse situations
Ability to work with staff at all levels
Ability to support change initiatives
Knowledge of and experience in the contact center industry (not mandatory)
Must hold EU citizenship or valid work permit for Portugal
Be a local candidate or willing to relocate to sunny Lisbon, Portugal
Education and experience.
College degree in HR Management, Organisational Psychology or a relevant field
Proven experience in Human Resources at least for the past year
Customer Support Industry experience will be a plus
