Technical Sales Engineer / Technical Account Manager

Must Have’s :

Degree or Equivalent in Electronic Engineering.

Electronic technology knowledge.

Strong interpersonal skills good with verbal and written communications, negotiation activities and presentations.

Strategic Selling approach and business acumen.

Understand business challenges and how to position technology / services to solve them.

Present Technical & Commercial presentation to customers.

Proactive, open minded, flexible, energetic, and continuous learner.

Program Management - Operate in a matrix environment and using all available resources.

Preferred :

Technical and negotiation skills.

Fluent Portuguese and English.

KPIs :

Full customer ownership : Develop and execute customer technology & commercial strategy and plans based on greatest opportunities for growth, through fact-based analysis and in-depth customer knowledge.

To maintain a strategic and field facing focus on the customers to drive engagement and concrete opportunities.

Develop customer relationships at all levels, understand engineering careabouts, build customer technical profiles.

including hierarchy, strategy, products & end-markets.

Demand generation towards Arrow Electronic s portfolio.
