  • Location : UK OR Europe - Remote How will you make an impact?*Being a key member of the product marketing team, together with Application Scientists and Product Managers, you will own the development and execution of global marketing programs using multi-channel go-to-market strategies for chromatography consumables.
  • Having the collaboration skills necessary to work within a broad team, across multiple businesses and departments, your marketing programs will excite and generate customer awareness and demand around our products and capabilities with a focus on digital marketing over more traditional channels.

    This is an ideal opportunity for someone who has marketing, product marketing, sales-support, applications development, or market development experience within Biopharmaceutical, Bioprocessing or Proteomics.

  • What will you do? Create and develop marketing messaging, content, literature, digital marketing, social marketing and sales materials that communicate the value of our Chromatography consumables offering directly to customers from Pharma and BioPharma Food & Beverage, Omics, markets.
  • Develop initiatives that maximise demand generation, instrument & Consumable connection and revenue* Develop support material, suitable for our various types of Account Managers* Support the development of annual marketing plans to meet strategic and commercial goals, updating plans quarterly based on market opportunity and channel performance* Support regional marketing stakeholders with content and messaging for local deployment of campaigns and marketing strategies* Ensure alignment and communication of marketing plans & actions with business unit, commercial, regional, and divisional marketing stakeholders* Gather customer insights through structured Voice-of-Customer (VOC) initiatives* Feedback market requirements to product management and product marketing to influence new product development* Track, evaluate, interpret, and report market and competitor trends.
  • Maintain relevant knowledge of competitive activities and develop effective countermeasures* Manage KOLs and strategic collaborations for the development of marketing content.

  • Support the creation of market related sales training material* Provide routine updates of successes, failures, and best practices to improve overall marketing efficiency*Who will you work with?
  • This is a broad role. You will be required to collaborate with, and influence, several globally dispersed groups including : * Bu and divisional leadership* Business unit Product Management & Marketing teams* Divisional marketing stakeholders;
  • including PR, media, Digital, marketing communications (MarCom) and marketing operations (MOPs)* Regional marketing, commercial managers, business development managers and sales-support stakeholders*How will you be measured?

  • Success metrics for the role include, but are not limited to : * BU growth including ecommerce growth* PL growth* Awareness* Content generation* Timely delivery of campaigns to budget, lead, opportunity and ROI expectations*How will you get here?
  • Education : Bachelor’s degree in life or physical sciences. Higher degree or marketing qualification an advantage*Experience : Experience marketing, product marketing, sales-support, applications development or market development role within Biopharmaceutical, Bioprocessing or Proteomics

  • Marketing / Digital marketing and content creation experience is an advantage* Experience of strategy, campaign, project planning or project management* Be able to produce create content for general usage and demand generation
