  • Technical Recruiters at Klarna proactively headhunt software engineers from all over the world. We work in a full lifecycle capacity;
  • working closely with engineering teams to help them scale.

    You'll get to drive the entire hiring process; sourcing, interviewing, and closing engineering talent from all over the world, working together with hiring managers to improve the way we do things.

    We're looking to grow our team of recruiters with another Technical Recruiter to focus on hiring engineers for multiple teams in our Berlin office.

    We spend lots of time with the engineering and other technical teams we recruit for; sitting with the teams, running sourcing sessions, and bouncing new ideas around all the time.

    What you'll need to have :

  • At least 2 years of experience recruiting in a high-growth environment.
  • The ability to source for technical roles using LinkedIn, Github, or Stack Overflow.
  • A decent level of technical knowledge - you'll need to be able to explain the difference between Java and JavaScript.
  • A strong focus on candidate experience - we aim to provide a fantastic candidate experience for everyone.
  • Fluency in English (B1, at least). Portuguese is not a requirement but a bonus.
  • If you're not currently in Lisbon and are ok relocating by yourself, we would still love to consider your application.
