Are you passionate about ongoing learning and motivating others to learn and succeed?
You will work with leads across the business to help them develop their teams, identify training needs to support individuals’ and the company’s growth.
You will design and coordinate delivery of onboarding programme for new starters, liaising with all heads of teams to ensure content is kept up to date.
You will manage the set-up and organization of training session to ensure an optimal learning experience as well as invitations and exchanges with participants.
You will maintain a continuous watch on all subjects relating to training and learning and you will stay tuned to useful innovations.
Is this position made for you?
Trained in Business Management or Human Resources, you are passionate about training, learning and project management. You have real interpersonal skills and like to build lasting working partnerships at all levels of the organization.
You master the Office pack and you excel in organization and priority management.
