Kemper offers a 24-month market building program for new sales managers designed to grow long term business with focus on recruiting a team of independent sales agents.
This is not an independent contractor position. Our sales managers are Kemper employees with benefits including health insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance and 401(k).
Positions will be remote in Nashville / Knoxville, TN with some desired workplace flexibility. Must be willing to travel to the local office for business meetings and training if within reasonable driving distance.
