Purpose of Position
Process, distribute and follow-up safety investigations in accordance with applicable legislation and the NetJets safety management system.
Regularly review and follow-up open safety reports to ensure that these are closed in a timely manner.
Tasks and Responsibilities
Acknowledge, enter into the database, distribute all safety reports in accordance with EU and ANAC regulations and the NetJets safety management system;
Conduct initial safety analysis of reports, including risk classification and need for immediate action;
Manage the safety investigation process and identify both technical and human contributory factors for trend analysis;
Support the risk management processes of the Safety Analysis team, including the risk register review, fatigue risk management and safety data reporting;
Produce statistical and safety performance charts on a monthly basis in order to support stakeholders manage risks within their operational areas;
Regularly review safety analysis processes and procedures in order to propose improvements to the Safety Investigation Manager;
Contribute towards the production of Safety News by highlighting relevant safety events and issues for publication;
Assist in the organisation and attend the NetJets Safety Committee and Safety Review Board Meetings.
Education
Bachelor's in Aviation or Engineering

Degree in an aviation, engineering or psychology field or equivalent experience is highly desirable;
Experience in commercial aviation is highly desirable;
Fluency in Business English (written and spoken);
High Proficiency in MS Office.
Preferential knowledge of relational databases.
