To develop the sales strategies for a defined group of customers / accounts;
To assume the set up of the Portuguese marketing plans (range, promo, communication, launches, nutrition' initiatives) and its implementation.
Tracking the realization and proposes eventual corrective actions;
To adapt Spanish Marketing Programms, communication, consumer promotions and packaging;
When not available, development of local programms, communication, packagings, promotion;
To assume the information of the Iberian Marketing team on the Portuguese reality, including, two to three times a year, in collaboration with the category manager a review of the market (based on Nielsen, MCI, shopper research and internal prices and assortment database) to the attention of the marketing department in Madrid;
To contribute together with the Sales Development Manager, the Demand Planner and Trade Marketing Manager, the establishment of the sales forecasts;
To assume the development of the annual media plan. Follow-up implementation with Media agencies and Mediaudits in order to get the best results from media agency work and investment;
To propose and assume ad-hoc researches related to NPD and existing product (Consumer habit, nutrition, product positioning, etc);
To co-ordinate and implement PT Intranet site (monthly update, contest, corporate initiatives, nutrition, etc). To manage relationship with design agency.
Manage micro-sites for special promotion;
To analyse competition performance and activities in order to propose plans to challenge them
To contribute to the negotiation of the fees of the agencies, negotiating the contracts with other local agencies (supervised by PT Sales Director).
This position requires a University degree in Economics / Business, complemented with specific knowledge of marketing (experience, courses).
It is also required at least 4 years experience in marketing, of at least 2 as product manager senior.
