Profile :
Native or Proficient Italian Speakers (C1 / C2)
Good in English (B2)
Familiarity with digital streaming services and devices
Previous experience in Customer Service is valued
Passionate about entertainment and media enterprise
Excellent communication skills coupled with empathy, team spirit and customer-oriented
Responsible, good listener, diplomatic and assertive.
