Being responsible for customer questions within a set period of time;
Answering customer questions through troubleshooting;
Identifying possible escalations and resolving them according to the correct procedure;
Collaborating with the back office and other departments to offer a targeted solution to the customer.
You must have an excellent command of Dutch, both oral and written;
Have an excellent knowledge of the MS Office suite;
Have completed at least VMBO;
Enjoy dealing with people and have excellent communication skills;
Have a professional manner and be able to work within a team;
Have an international mindset;
Be willing to relocate to Portugal;
Have prior experience in a contact centre role, preferably.
