Problems related to the account or the subscription of the customers will be some of the tasks you will have handled by yourself and your team, always with the goal of providing the best answers and solutions while being able to communicate new information related to products and services.
With that being said, all we ask from you is to be a natural English speaker (C1 / C2) and be available for a schedule of 40 hours per week on a rotational shift pattern from Monday to Sunday between 10 am to 10 pm, at Parque das Nações, Lisboa.
