Head of Growth Brazil

You will analyze and understand the growth structure of the company (strategic and operational) to increase the growth of Emma in Brazil. You will not only be leading the marketing team, but also are responsible for coordinating campaigns across existing (DTC, marketplace, wholesale) and future channels (eg. retail). You will be leveraging our Performance Marketing team support to craft and steer the most effective marketing investment strategy. As a true strategic consultant, you will be extremely versatile because your missions can range from user experience on the site to product strategy. You will work closely with business development team, to develop products based on actual consumer needs. You will build mechanisms to substitute manual processes through automation by collaborating with Operations and IT.

Who we're looking for

  • You are able to handle several priorities at the same time and create impact in a dynamic, fast environment.
  • You are fascinated by fast scalable business models and you have already started building a good track-record.
  • You have been working in a leading role in the field of online marketplaces, business development or online marketing for at least 2-3 years.
  • You like to think and act rationally and effectively, fact-based.
  • You are a self-starter and can work independently.
  • You are curious and hungry to learn.
  • You already got experience leading people.
  • You are fluent in English and Portuguese.
  • Region knowledge is a plus (Brazilian market).
  • You ideally have knowledge of conversion rate, funnel, consumer behavior, and team management.
  • You are a hands-on person, which will be driving main growth topics for Brazil.
