You will work for a well-known online tour operator, moreover Lisbon’s favourite employer for the 6th time in a row. From now in full time in Lisbon Grafton rekrutiert im Auftrag seiner Kunden europaweit Fach- und Führungskräfte.

Your Task - Outside your time in the office, you are offered free activities like water sports including surfing, soft trekking tours and many more - Additionally you have the opportunity to join a Portuguese language class, giving you all the tools to make you feel at home in Lisbon - If you like, you can find accommodation in the company-owned modern apartment complex close to your fellow colleagues - Just like on a holiday, the company is taking care of your airport transfer and once a year you will receive a paid flight home Your Job - In every step of the buying process from start to finish, you will offer telephonic and written support to Finnish customers - After a four-week training course, you will have expert knowledge of the products and will be able to put together personalized offers - For adjusted bookings and other requests, you are the helping hand and you will find attractive solutions for possible complaints Your Profile - For smooth operations and easy communication, your Finnish is on a native speaker level and your English is business fluent - With your affinity for problem solving and your organisational talent you can deal with individual concerns quickly and satisfactorily - You are ready to work full-time including weekends and you are available in case of increased workload during the high season in summer
