As a result of a solid partnership between Randstad Technologies and one of the biggest Multinational Company with relevant international projects taking place in Portugal, namely on research and development of Telecommunication solutions, we are currently conducting a process for a SalesForce Admin.

What you will do :

Enterprise client management (Infinera s clients - B2B);

Be the first point of contact for clients by phone when there is a technical issue with equipments;

Handle tickets and requests as they arrive and hand off to responsible service areas as appropriate.

requisitos / requirements

What you need to apply :

Proficiency in English and Spanish (advanced);

Intermediate level of Portuguese;

Availability and will to work in shifts (6h-24h);

At least 2 years of previous experience in customer support positions;

Excellent customer service orientation;

Good communication skills (verbal and written);

Team player;

Knowledge of technical equipments desirable but not mandatory.
