You will analyse technical issues in Radio Access Network (RAN) and help to design solutions to resolve these issues and propose recommendations to improve network performances.
Your responsibilities will include : Supporting our customers with mobile network monitoring and development Participation in mobile operator network deployment and launch projects Support of new feature introduction in mobile operator networks e.
g. mobile broadband Investigation and resolution of network performance degradation Investigation and resolution of configuration faults in mobile operator networks Investigation and localization of software faults in mobile operator networks Clarification of expected system behaviour towards mobile operators Required Education / Experience To succeed, you will have an engaging and inquisitive personality and a natural technical proficiency for all things Telecom and IT related.
You will know that you are the type of person we are looking for if you have : 80-90% Travel Ability A Bachelor of Science Degree in an engineering discipline (Information Technology, Electronic Engineering, Telecommunications etc) Minimum 10 years of previous experience with Ericsson or Huawei or ZTE vendor Good knowledge of Radio Access Technology GSM, 3G or LTE mobile communications E2e troubleshooting VoLTE optimization experience VoWiFi-
VoLTE mobility management experience Tools knowledge, e.g. Tektronix, AriesoGeo, Actix Knowledge and experience of operator network management tools including Key Performance Indicator and configuration management is an advantage Capable of performing basic KPI analysis Capable of performing node configuration activities unassisted is an advantage Basic scripting knowledge enabling fast development of data post-
