As a Partner of Choice, the Global Business Services (GBS) in Portugal shapes the Shared Services landscape of the future by providing smart and digital end-to-end solutions to over 200 Siemens entities across the world, in around 20 different languages.

Join our GBS team as Customer Demand Manager Support and help us provide valuable and outstanding business services to our customers! Our Opportunity-to-Cash business line provides a variety of transactional and digital services - from lead generation to the collection of incoming payments.

We also provide services related to Quotation, Offer and Contract Management, Order Management & Logistics, Cash Collection, and much more! Are you ready to be part of the change and help us make real what matters?

  • What role will you play? Operating as the point of contact for all matters specific to your account; Understand our current portfolio and the market penetration for each business line;
  • Identify the existing GAPS from market analysis and establish a Go To market approach; Identify potential areas of improvement based on customers’ feedbacks;
  • Identify potential new upselling and cross-selling opportunities; Meet with managers in the organization to develop account plans;
  • Create and implement within the organization a professional concept for Business and Service Reviews with our customers;
  • Support the organization in offers to customers; Understand key customer individual needs and addressing them; Understand competition and strategies accordingly;
  • Review assigned accounts on a regular basis to understand usage trends, and complete regular check-ins with educators. We are looking for : Strong business acumen including financial analysis;
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; Service attitude and customer oriented; Strong organization and time management skills to meet call and productivity goals;
  • Flexibility / adaptability to manage multiple task in a high volume, fast paced environment; Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially in power point;
  • Proficiency in English; Strong work ethic - we are always acting in name of Siemens; Experience in the field of CRM or customer service will be a plus.
