As a Junior Account Manager at Indie Campers, you will focus on :

  • Co-create and implement a growth strategy for sales on your accounts
  • Establish and develop a working relationship with key aggregators and marketplaces
  • Ensure Indie Campers is always well represented and a top-of-mind brand for audiences starting their purchase decision
  • Main tasks :

  • Sales - you will be directly accountable for sales on your accounts and your main driver will be to increase not only the market share of Indie Campers within those sales channels, but also to increase the representation of those accounts within our channel mix;
  • Prospection - identify new partnerships and cooperation models to unlock audiences and boost market penetration on challenging geographies and segments;
  • Content creation & optimisation - work closely with all the key stakeholders to develop best in class written and media assets to help Indie Campers stand above all competitors;
  • Manage relationships - liaise between internal and external stakeholders to align and synchronize strategy, product deploys as well as general needs and requests between both parties;
  • Analyse and identify market trends - read, speak, listen, analyze and produce insights about shifting market trends, demand and competitive landscape
  • Maintain and update the strategic plan and execution forecast
  • Report KPI - produce, monitor and act on KPI for all your accounts and individual performance.
  • In a short summary, you’re goal driven, solution-oriented and relentless, with strong relationship building skills


  • Elegible for IEFP internship
  • Graduated in marketing or analytical background
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to breakdown complex issues and prioritize
  • Strong orientation to metric and results;
  • Diligent with keen attention to detail
  • Proactive approach and can-do attitude (get stuff done mindset)
  • Fluent in English
  • EU work permit
  • Travel passionate
