WHAT YOU'LL DO
Keep track of all hiring needs, coming from the production plan, and plan according to Talent Acquisition team capacity and business needs;
Monitor weekly available resources and highlight deviation and risks to the plan;
Support with ad-hoc analysis for capacity scenarios;
Work with People Team, Production Planners and Execution teams according to the business needs and deliver continuous improvements to the service levels;
Develop KPIs to measure and monitor process performance.
WHO YOU ARE
Degree in engineering, mathematics, statistics, or other similar areas;
3+ years professional experience on a similar role;
Team player with the ability to work with cross-functional teams in multiple locations;
Ability to manage and process a variety of information in a reactive environment;
Strong Microsoft excel (can perform complex functions) skills. Knowledge in SQL and VBA
Proficient in written and spoken English.
