The Finance Analyst - Sales Incentives and Partner Payments will report directly to the Finance Manager of the area. The ideal candidate has a strong analytical mind but maintains a commitment to outstanding service as the role entails fielding both external and internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities :

  • Analyze and assess accuracy of sales reports
  • Define commissions on basis of transaction analyses
  • Assimilate, Analyze and maintain records of partners and commission data through various sources
  • Collaborate with other teams and with external partners resolving disputes and issues
  • Preparing the monthly reports for partners
  • Providing solutions for ad hoc requests
  • Requirements :

  • Bachelor’s degree accounting, management, finance or related
  • 2-3 years of experience in Finance
  • Experience with Zuora, Salesforce, NetSuite is a nice to have
  • Software or SaaS experience preferred
  • Excel proficient
  • Sharp eye for detail
  • Strong analytical skills
