Retail Operations Manager (Spanish Speaker) - Lisbon
You will collaborate with the Country team for Spain as well as Retail Ops team for Europe and other retail cross functional stakeholders You will define, develop and analyze the relevant KPIs incl. quality management of contact centers, retailer performance KPIs by creating reports to optimize processes, systems and structures. You are our first contact point for our B2B clients and internal operations. Optimize operations and sales processes to close sales faster and deliver a superior customer experience You will work cross-functionally with other teams to ensure smooth running of retail customer service operations. You will address customer escalations timely and accurately. You have a strong strategic mindset and are an excellent communicator. You lead complex projects and transformations with routine and with a hands-on, impact-first approach. You are enthusiastic about innovative retail approaches as well as their implementation and further development.What you'll do

What you'll bring to us
- You have a Bachelor's Degree, Customer Service and Operations experience ideally from a FMCG background (Retail, Wholesale (B2B), Sales and Operations)
- You have demonstrated that you are a self-starter and resourceful in reaching ambitious targets.
- You are analytically strong and can draw meaningful insights when looking at data.
- You are hypothesis-driven; you are able to articulate logical hypothesis in the absence of data.
- You are very comfortable with continuously changing opportunities and priorities
- You are a team player with ability to work cross-functionally
