ROLEAND RESPONSIBILITIES :

Supportthe IB Academy Head to run the IB Academy, working towards the objective ofdeveloping the multi-skilled bankers of tomorrow

Managementand organisation of the training programs and seminars, coordinating withBusiness lines, the training service providers, Learning & Development(L&D) teams, communication team,and the IB population

Implementand manage analysis of data (quantitative and qualitative) to produces supportpresentations in reporting to Management.

Ensure implementation and accuratemonitoring the KPIs of the IB Academy

ProactivelyMonitor the budget of the IB Academy

ActivelyParticipate to the implementation and deployment of the IB academycommunication strategy towards all stakeholders

Maintainthe network with the local HR teams of EMEA to enrich the local trainingprogram and ensure the transfer of knowledge across EMEA

IBOfficer will consolidate best practices from the field and proactively suggestimprovements

TRAININGSMANAGEMENT

Takecharge of the organisation of the Analyst 1, Analyst 2 and Analyst 3 / Associate 1 trainings (or other relevant training to the population), in strongrelationships with the Louveciennes campus, L&D teams and the Communicationteam to ensuring streamline logistic and efficient coordination ofstakeholders.

Managethe relation with the L&D team to organize all the trainings within ourscope, coordinating with the training providers, aligning with the agenda ofthe IB Population and accounting for the list of participants from thedifferent Business lines.

Coordinatewith the L&D team to proactively ensure regular updates of existing coursesand integration of the new courses on the relevant training platforms

GOVERNANCE RESPONSIBILITIES

Ensureproduction of the data (quantitative and qualitative) from the L&D teamsand analyse the KPIs regularly on a per module basis and business line basis tomeasure the performance of each training program within the scope and the IBAcademy as an entity.

Participate to monitoring tool in deployment anddevelopments.

Monitorthe budget and invoices for external suppliers in coordination with L&Dteam and refer to IB Academy Head when needed

Proactivelycoordinate with Head of L&D Global Banking EMEA and IB Academy Head toperform market analysis for IB skills and propose training programs along withpotential training service providers

Organiseand prepare the materials presented to the IB Academy Syndication Boards, takethe minuteof the meeting and ensuresthe follow-up of actions

Ensurecommunity animation through establishing and organising ad hoc forum with HRlocal geographies to ensure a good sharing of the information related to the IBAcademy.

Coordinateswith key stakeholders in order to implement the communication strategy, handlethe necessary content and its deployment on adequate platforms

PROFILE :

Fluentin English, French is a plus

ProjectManagement skills structured and organised approach

Atease with Microsoft suite including SharePoint and other Business Intelligence& dashboard software

Knowledgeon Global Banking would be a plus

CoordinationOrganisation and communication skills

Multi-tasking : structured and organized approach to handling projects

Teamspirit, collaborative and inclusive way of working

Autonomousand pro active

Theposition will require regular travels and stays in France
