Sr. Teamlead Operations Intelligence - Lisbon

You are part of the Operations Team, your responsibility is spread across all Operations and Customer Excellence functions - and the perspectives of the balanced scorecard: Finance, Performance, Customer Satisfaction, Innovation & Growth You make our Operations Performance visible and tangible - you are responsible for Creating Insights and analysis for OPS and Customer Excellence, and for creating a system to steer our operational performance You continue developing our Operations Performance Management System and roll it out on every level of our global operations system to drive change and improvement You analyse bottlenecks and issues, prioritize accordingly and trigger Improvement Initiatives with the relevant teams (Continuous Improvement, Logistics, Procurement, Customer Excellence, etc.) You make sure, on-demand analyses for different stakeholders are being provided You build knowledge about the data structure and KPI computation and make sure that the data standards are being lived You establish a way to track and improve operational data quality You manage a broad group of stakeholders, including Tech Product Managers, Operations Managers, Customer Excellence Managers, Finance Managers, etc and align them towards the performance management system You bring your hard and soft skills to the next level, by collaborating with colleagues from more than 60 nationalities to the establishment of lean management in every aspect of the business

What you'll do:

Who we're looking for:

  • You have studied data science, management, business administration, or a related field and have practical experience in performance management and/or process improvement
  • Experience with SQL, working with Tableau, understanding data infrastructure
  • You are proficient communicating complex data concepts with audiences from all seniority levels and different backgrounds
  • You have first experience in implementing KPI driven performance steering, Process Improvement / Lean and/or Six Sigma experiences are a plus
  • You have a quick grasp and a well-founded analytical approach that allows you to execute several tasks and problems showing ownership and hard commitment
  • You're attracted by an entrepreneurial way of working, think beyond your day-to-day scope and manage your projects with extraordinary ownership
  • You are attracted by new challenges and have fun in looking for creative and out of the box solutions
  • Strong analytical skills, a structured way of working and accuracy
  • You enjoy steering interdisciplinary teams and are able to manage several stakeholders, optimally in a structured project management as well as process management tool
