Position Description :

CGI is looking for a Transversal QoS Scrum Master to join our team.

Your future duties and responsibilities :

Main tasks and responsibilities :

Main objective : Ensure that the teams only works on the most valuable items of the backlog

Facilitating the ceremonies :

oCheck that initiatives are taken in order of priority

oFollow the progress of the sprint (if possible through artefacts like the burndown chart)

oEnsure that the overall methodology respected and improved month by month

oRemove obstacles : Quickly address the impediments of the teams to keep the pace.

oDefine an appropriate Transversal QoS Backlog setup inspired from Agile frameworks

Required qualifications to be successful in this role :

Technical skills Must have :

Knowledge of collaborative tools like planner, JIRA

Non-technical Skills Must have :

Ability to work in complex environments (multi-cultural / multi-country / geographically distributed team)

Customer centricity

Ability to anticipate issues and react promptly

Excellent Communication skills

Ability to take ownership of problems and issues and manage them to resolution

Ability to work effectively with different departments with different priorities

Knowledge of Scrum and Agile frameworks

Workshop facilitations skills

Problem solving

Language :

Ability to communicate in English : Independent user (B1 in Common European Framework of Reference for Languages)

Knowledge of another language would be an advantage

Language :

Ability to travel / ability to be relocated for short periods in other European countries

Skills :

Agile / Collaborative Method
