Overall responsibilities and duties :
The role of a HRBP is support managers in their HR management practices towards business goals and Plant’s HR strategy and to contribute for the implementation of the Group HR policy and tools within the Plan.
Act as HR visible leadership ensuring company's culture and values, aligned with goals, vision, mission and guiding principles;
The main missions of the role are :
Pilot the Plant Training Plan follow up and the adequate level of competencies need it;
Conduct and energize the Plant internal and external communication processes and promote the plant branding;
Organize the plant’s social, recognition and team events;
Ensure social climat measurement exercises and adequate action plans;
Maintain in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, actively preventing social risks and promoting a positive social dialogue;
Ensure the accurate and timely reporting of KPI oh his / her responsibility and the folow up of the adequate actions plans;
Activley work on the Employee Empowerment processes in a daily shopfloor approach, coaching and contributing to the add value of the business goals and needs;
Provide and promote proactively the developing and optimization of the Plant Employee Empowerment benchmark practices; Being a FES LEADER
Act as trainer / coach in the different HR / EE needs promoting workshops and trainings accordingly;
Propose and pilot HR development projects focus on continuous innovation and continuos improvement; Digitalization
Support the managers in the follow up of individual development plans of their teams contributing to the People Review enrichment;
Respond to HR external and internal audits and assure the efficient follow up of action plans;
Pilot recruitment processes& talent sourcing and the on boarding follow up with managers;
Contribute to the carrer development; Make interviews and participate in Career Meeting Process
Support the HR Plant Manager in all the HR issues required, acting as a back up whenever need it;
Propose action plans and participate in their deployment.
Collect information and prepare reports in line with Group HR policies for month-end figures and follow up indicators.
Ensure that the organization complies with labor laws;
Mantain employee data files into Globalview and answer employee queries related to payroll, according the Appendix 4 of Manage Payroll Procedure (PRT-I-EEP-1400);
Other tasks :
Participate actively in the FES plan of the Plant;
Participate actively in meetings for which it is invited;
Participate in Problem Solving Groups and / or in improvement groups for solving problems;
Propose solutions and methodologies that contribute the optimization of work processos in the HR team;
Can do another’s tasks, not specified above, that are necessary for the pursuit of the objectives of the working group and the organization;
Respect and ensure in her daily approacch the correct and fully implementation of the Faurecia code of ethics (Respect for fundamental Human Rights, Development of economic and social dialogue, Development of skills, Ethics and rules of business conduct, if necessary reporting infringements to the Code of Ethics);
Respect and ensure in her daily approach the correct and fully implementation of the Faurecia Code of management (Business Planning, Business Execution, Performance Management & People Development, Business Ethics).
The ideal candidate will have / be :
Minimum education level : Bachelor’s Degree in HR / Social or Human sciences (preferentially) or relevant professional experience.
Ideally minimum 4 years of experience in HR and industrial environment;
Skills and competencies :
Interview techniques skills;
HR IT Tools : MS Office;
Team player with strong written and oral communication skills
Good interpersonal skills;
Knowledge of HR processes
Knowledge of HR systems
