The customer is a social payments company that owns a service that has an application and a card reader that allows anyone to make a secure payment anytime, anywhere.
We know that sometimes it’s not safe to pay with our card and it’s in this context that this device comes in, to make us more rested as to the security of our payment and our personal data.
Your role will be to guarantee a customer service experience, solving problems of both the application and the device itself and also answer financial questions.
You only need to be a native English speaker or fluent in English (C1 or C2 level).
Ensure your safety and that of others! Your schedule will be 40 Hours per week on a rotative shift pattern from Monday to Friday, between 8 am to 8 pm and a fixed schedule on weekends from 9 am to 6 pm.
The workplace will be in Entrecampos.
