What we are looking for
We are looking for exceptional customer representatives who can deftly handle those all-important first impressions, build lifelong emotional connections and always be on hand to offer support and guidance to others.
Your ability to prioritise your own workload will be critical to your success and ensure company goals are met.
You will also play a crucial role in generating sales and feed these to our sales team. We look for representatives who have experience working in a customer support setting.
Bark & Birch is a fully remote company, with offices in London, Lisbon, Dublin and Los Angeles. This role will require the candidate to work 9-6, 12-9 or 1-10pm depending on the market you are working with.
You must also be comfortable working in a remote setting and speak English fluently.
This role operates in a position of trust and involves confidential records and private financial information. As such excellent references are essential.
