Technical Requirements

  • Degree in Computer Science, Computer engineering, Information Technology or similar;
  • 2+ years of experience in Escalation management & Critical situation handling;
  • Technical support experience for Windows and Office software;
  • Experience in people management and problem solving with customers;
  • Proficiency in english is mandatory.
  • Behavioral profile :

  • Dynamic and proactive;
  • Natural problem solver;
  • Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills.
