We're looking for a Sales Manager to drive the growth of Sensei in the European market. As the first new business hunter in Europe, this role will suit a hungry, creative individual who will help to drive our growth through their ideas, energy and enthusiasm.

You'll be responsible for prospecting, qualifying and closing new business by building strategic relationships with executives and key decision-makers across various retailers and partners to promote and sell the future of retail.

Sensei is a pioneer in Autonomous Stores technology. Our mission is to fundamentally improve the shopping experience in the world, through intelligent software that promises to eliminate checkout from stores and automate retail operations.

We are engaged with multiple retailers and are in the process of deploying our first Autonomous Stores across Europe.

  • You are able to work autonomously and take ownership, knowing to prioritize, organize and effectively manage tasks and time;
  • You have a passion for selling and building relationships;
  • You have a charismatic presence and strong persuasive abilities.

  • You are available for travels within Europe;
  • Relevant experience and skills :

  • Minimum of 5 years experience working in sales, marketing, business development, or similar areas;
  • Passion for people and business leadership and a minimum of 2 years experience in leading functions;
  • Experience in digital, IT, fast-paced companies;
  • IT and / or Business Academic background (Bachelor degree or higher);
  • Great communication (both written and verbal) and networking skills;
  • Fluency in English is required, additional European languages (French / German) is a plus;
