IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL
As a Talent Acquisition Specialist you will join our People Operations circle and oversee our full-cycle recruiting.
You will be responsible for :
Screening applicants and conducting phone screening calls
Sourcing candidates through various channels
Planning interviews and selection procedures
Creating strong talent pipelines for our company’s current and future hiring needs
Developing strong relationships with candidates and recruiting supports in order to achieve the best candidate experience during the process
Hosting or participating in career events and Employer Branding activities
TO SUCCEED YOU NEED
At least 2 years of proven work experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist, IT Recruiter or similar role
Familiarity with social media, resume databases and professional networks Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods
Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (Teamtailor, Softgarden or others)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Portuguese and English
A keen understanding of the differences between various roles within organizations
You should be able to develop long-term recruiting strategies and nurture trusting relationships with potential hires

Our main products are the Mercedes-Benz Website worldwide, the e-commerce platform, digitalservicesand aftersales solutions.
We work in Holacracy a non-classical framework which represents our operating system within the company. Our setup is based on purpose, circles and roles as well as their specific accountabilities.
This is a 1 year contract in a full-time position, based in our office inLisbon. We have a fantastic team with people from all over the world.
