Job Overview and Responsibilities

MISSION

  • Perform regular Customer Service activities in order to ensure deliveries and invoicing to transactional customers and distributors
  • Work within a pool of non-dedicated CRSs, on a rotation basis.
  • Provide a standard level of service to our transactional customers and distributors
  • MAIN ACTIVITIES

  • Manage effective and accurate order processing from order placement to invoicing and follow-up
  • Complaint entering and follow-up
  • Managing Customer Specific Requirements in SFDC
  • Sample management in SFDC / SAP
  • Customer request management in SFDC
  • Shipped not billed follow up
  • End of month order book follow up
  • This position is to work in a rotating working schedule, rotating through the following shifts : 8.00 - 17.00 / 14.00 - 23.00.

    Education and Experience

  • 2 years in a similar position
  • Experience with orders management
  • SAP knowledge
  • University Degree
  • Google tools knowledge (plus)
  • Skills

  • Fluent in English
  • Acute customer centricity
  • Excellent relational skills
  • Capacity to collaborate and work within a team
  • Ability to manage projects
  • Microsoft Excel / Google Suite
  • CRM (SFDC a plus)
  • SAP knowledge
  • LI-IC1
