We are currently seeking an experienced International Operations Recruitment Team Lead who is looking for an exciting and challenging career with Accenture.
The International Operations Recruitment Team Lead has the responsibility for the end-to-end recruitment cycle and primary role is to attract, assess and shortlist quality candidates through to hiring managers to fill approved open positions in alignment with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities :
Perform end-to-end recruitment in line with client requirements, liaising with hiring managers, HR and business to fill approved open positions in alignment with business objectives;
Requires analysis and solving of moderately complex problems. Typically creates new solutions, leveraging and, where needed, adapting existing methods and procedures;
Requires understanding of the strategic direction set by senior management as it relates to team goals;
Manages a medium sized recruitment team;
Be updated with recruitment best practices, channel management activities, potential
use of new sourcing channels and techniques;
Work with Marketing and Communications team on external branding and overall candidate experience;
Monitor service level agreements, client dependencies, key operational metrics, and process and data compliance regularly, escalating or resolving issues where appropriate.
