Purpose of the job
Support the CommercialDepartment with delivering reports and monthly forecast and execute commercialrelated administrative tasks.
Execute administrative tasks.To be the commercial back office of sales department to support in reaching thecommercial goals.
Support commercial team andmanagement
Ensure an optimal and clearmarket research in the Region regarding the defined strategy
Analyse of the regionalmarket situation regarding prices and services to have a better understandingof one-way packaging versus returnable packaging use
Prepare and monitor thetools and documents (WACC Modell, EWP, and RFA) together with the commercialteam to generate new business or to extend existing business
Other administrative andsupportive tasks (presentation, reporting, analysing).
Monthly forecast and budget
Support to manage and controlthe monthly sales forecast to ensure a right budget according to the budgetguidelines of the division. Core activities :
Analyse the forecast in time
Monitor and enter the budgetand identify deviations in the actuals in relation to the budget and coordinatecorrective actions in the forecast and budget tool together with the CommercialManager.
Provide accurate reports andanalyses and support the commercial team and the Regional Director where neededwith the purpose of an optimal reporting to reach their goals and to have abetter insight of the current situation. Core activities :
Provide analyses, report ondeviations and if necessary, perform and / or coordinate corrective actions intime
Support the BI department interms of budget processes and reporting.
Knowledge & Skills
Previous and relevant experience in a Sales Support Department
Fluent English (oral and written)
Collaborative working style, fostering cooperation and teamwork to find solutions
Strong communication, problem-solving skills and attention to details.
