Main responsabilities

Reporting to the Head of Services in Iberia Head of Services Portugal :

  • Accountable for business operations to be carried out in a timely manner, ensuring the necessary resources and building up workforce tactics and strategies.
  • Represents the Services area before clients (Health Authorities, Hospitals, Councils, Local governments, Industries and Emergencies bodies).
  • Accountable for Employee lifecycle management activities, such performance, development, labor law and regulatory compliance, etc.

  • Develops and monitors Service-related policies and processes, ensuring the appropriate implementation and know-how transfer at affiliate level.
  • Reporting to the Managing Director in Iberia Country Liaison :

  • Represent Dräger at C-level within the private and public sector, as well as with relevant governmental institutions. Establish and strengthen institutional relationships with relevant decision-makers within the most relevant companies and government authorities in Portugal.
  • Oversee and contribute to ensure business and people strategies are deployed in alignment with functional heads’ previously agreed expectations.
  • Legal manager for all employees based in Portugal : liaison role between the Executive and Functional team based in Spain and all employees located in Portugal.
  • Professional profile

  • Degree in Engineering plus MBA.
  • Minimum of 15 years work experience.
  • Significant Services management experience.
  • Leading leaders relevant experience.
  • Change management thruster.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
  • Equipped to represent company’s service and its users’ needs at all levels within and outside an organization.
  • Dräger s values ambassador.
  • Negotiation level English language skills (C2 level required).
