Job Description- Proven professional services experience working on software or integration projects
Proven project management and implementation of software solutions for medium / large companies
Proven mastery in all areas of the services sales cycle (e.g. qualification, solution development, bid management, negotiations and closing techniques),navigating the entire sales process from lead generation to signatures on contracts
Excellent presentation skills to a C-level audience focusing on demonstrating business value rather than technical solutions
Ability to break down complex problems into manageable pieces allowing communication to an audience with a variety of backgrounds, working on complex issues where analysis of situations and / or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factorsAbility to convey expert knowledge of ERP, business management systems, processes and best practices, with the ability to recite examples showing track record of success (e.
g. Finance, Warehousing, Logistics, Procurement, CRM, Service, Manufacturing)
Strong and demonstrated ability to build, develop and maintain lasting relationships with clients / partnersPossess outstanding written and verbal communication skills with team members and audiences of all levels.

Track record of deployment & integration of Application Software solutions with on premise & Cloud technologies from Microsoft, IBM, Oracle, HP, SAP etc.

Ability to develop relationships at the executive level.Key Responsibilities- Maintain a thorough knowledge of Sage X3 solution capabilities and implementation processes to deliver professional services to our Clients.
Understand Sage’s offering for On Premise, Private & Public Cloud solutions.
Investigate options for deployment in the Public Cloud for all new solution and upgrades / graduations, being clear on the current limitations and necessary workarounds
Plan, organise and manage all phases of a project lifecycle to ensure successful delivery. This includes developing and managing project governance plans, project schedules, team goals and success criteria, project milestones and budgets.
They will also be responsible for managing issues, risks, decisions and outcomes from their team’s tasks and activities, and the overall success of a project
Develop and manage relationships with clients that convert business needs into revenue generating opportunities
Effectively integrate with, motivate and build relationships with cross-functional team members (local or remote), sponsors, key stakeholders, executives, and other individuals or organisations involved with or affected by the project
Understand the operating styles of others as well as team / Client relationships, team dynamics, and adjust behaviour accordingly to succeed.
Recognise environmental or cultural nuances and adapt as necessary
Position the Sage Services Value Proposition to clientes
Challenge, recommend and redirect teams as well as Client expectations as necessary for successful program and project delivery
Works closely with Delivery and Operations to ensure visibility of pipeline and full utilisation of resources
Provide oversight to Sage consultants for the successful delivery of projects
Leverage formal project management and development methodologies on an enterprise level engagement.
Show understanding of projects using Waterfall, Iterative and Agile methodologies.
Actively look for ways to improve process efficiencies and effectiveness
Ensure project commercials are managed. Implement and execute a consistent Change Management process for all projects to ensure out of scope work is captured and charged for
Takes ownership for business functions including creating overall pursuit plan for Services and pipeline creation activities
Identify opportunities for on-selling required additional work or project extensions
Acquire proper level of knowledge for appropriate Sage products and solution offerings.
