Operations Sales Controller - Professional Services
The Professional Operations Sales Controller will work within the Professional Services Operations organization and be responsible for sales budgeting, forecasting, and critical business support to help drive decision-making.
The successful candidate should be highly analytical, well organized, and detail-oriented with effective communication skills.
As the Professional Operations Sales Controller to the global Professional Services team, this role will focus on helping a critical value driver of the company to make sound data-driven decisions by building / improving sales business metrics, reporting mechanisms, financial modeling, and ensuring rules of compliance and processes that will effectively scale with OutSystems continued growth.
This role will be responsible for offering pricing, industry benchmark, and legal proposals revision working closely with our Service Delivery Managers and Offer Strategy group.
Reporting to the Head of Professional Services Operations in Lisbon, the Professional Operations Controller should be comfortable in a fast-paced and changing environment and support one of the key growth engines of the company.

Background and experience in technology and SaaS companies preferred;
A degree in finance, accounting, or economics;
3-5 years of experience;
Professional Services Automation (PSA) system experience preferred;
Preferred systems : Salesforce, Clari, CPQ, MS Office
Fluent English speaker.
Role and responsibilities :
Participates in the ongoing Services Offering Strategies;
Work collaboratively with the Services Delivery Managers to identify changes in processes and determine efficiency levers;
Conduct pricing, discount, and benchmarks identifying improvements;
Ability to work cross-functionally with individuals and teams from different areas, drive accountability and continuous process improvement;
Closely collaborate with Legal, Deal Desk, Sales Operations, Digital to review and improve measurements of the business;
FP&A to review key metrics and measurements of the business;
Provide concise, cohesive, well-articulated explanations to support recommendations;
Maintain compliance with corporate policies, procedures and controls, and external regulatory requirements;
Provide decision support to Professional Services management through routine actionable reports and as needed ad-hoc analysis.
