This Is Your Job
The Industry Lead Telco & Utilities is responsible for the development and execution of business plans for the industries Telco and Utilities
Serves as the primary point of contact and as the voice of DIGITALL in the industries’ communities
Proactively leverages our strategic relationship with vendors and partners to increase both volume and velocity of our business
Creates annual joint business plans with delivery and sales
Helps DIGITALL exceed the yearly business goals and metrics
Works with partners to ensure DIGITALL is properly attached to opportunities
Collaborates with marketing and sales to develop collateral content in support of the strategy
Internally serves as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for industries
Evaluates, builds and operates additional industry alliances relationships that increase the depth of our solution portfolio
Collaborates with senior leadership team of DIGITALL to identify and make recommendations on strategic acquisitions. Assists in communicating with strategic partners regarding any acquisitions made
Strategizes with DIGITALL technical resources and marketing to develop solution plays which resonate with the portfolio and differentiate DIGITALL’s approach to the competition
5-10 years of professional experience in managing industry business
Active and relevant network into the relevant communities
Proven track record in running and developing business with an industry focus
Strong communication & organizational skills, high level of customer focus
Personal : Strong interpersonal skills, high energy and enthusiasm, integrity and honesty, flexible, results oriented, resourceful, problem solving ability, deals effectively with difficult situations, ability to prioritize and maintain a positive attitude.
Leadership : Ability to gain credibility with partners and customers, motivate and provide leadership; work with a diverse employee and customer base
Operations : Ability to manage multiple tasks. Perform responsibilities in a partner and customer focused manner while utilizing time and resources efficiently and effectively
Negotiation skills & direct sales experience desirable
Technical : Ability to understand and communicate technical concepts
A reliable way of working
Knowledge of MS Office, with a focus on MS Excel & PowerPoint
Very good German and English skills
