Job Purpose :
To implement and deliver Tech Data’s people plan providing a particular focus in the area of employee relations, employee engagement and HR projects.
Responsibilities :
Coach line managers on performance management and employee relations to develop organisational capability in these areas
Responsible for all administration and payroll matters associated with the role, together with HR controlling
Work collaboratively with the wider HR community to ensure successful resolution of all employee matters.
Be local point of contact and work together with the Facilities manager
Knowledge Skills and Experience :
Solid experience of employee relations preferably within a fast paced IT / Office environment
Experience of handling complex employee relations issues
Ability to coach managers on performance and ER issues
Excellent communication skills
High attention to detail
Ability to work with virtual teams
Proficiency in Microsoft Office with intermediate Excel and PowerPoint skills
Highly organised with an ability to handle many projects at once
A proactive approach
HR additional qualification preferred, though not essential
Good country Employment law knowledge
Fluent English is require
