We’re looking to instate in an international company, client of ours, with several projects in the fields of Hospitality, Retail, Airlines, Travel and Tourism Agencies, an ideal profile for Customer Service!

Job Function :

  • Provide assistance to customers and partners via telephone, aswell as all the Backoffice treatment;
  • Treat cancellations, property complaints, amendments and resend reservations to partners;
  • Check availability and inventory issues, and billing.
  • Profile :

  • Responsible and Assertive;
  • Strong Customer Orientation;
  • Flexible and Motivated for new Challenges!
  • Requirements :

  • Professional experience in Customer Contact (preferred);
  • Working knowledge of computer tools in the user's perspective;
  • Fluent in Italian and English (Mandatory);
  • Work Schedule :

  • Availability to Work from Monday to Sunday with 2 Fixed Days-Off;
